Common Questions
What's the typical timeline for a custom home?
From signed plans to handover, most homes take 12-18 months. Larger estates and highly custom millwork extend that.
Do I need to have my own architect?
No. We collaborate with architects you choose, or introduce you to design partners we've worked with for years.
Can you build if we live out of state?
Most of our clients do. Weekly photo reports and direct lines to your superintendent mean you'll know exactly what's happening without flying in.
What does "transparent bidding" actually mean?
Every line item on the estimate is real, sourced, and explainable. We sit with you and walk through it. No allowance bait-and-switches.
Do you take on highly private clients?
Yes. Discretion is part of the work. Many of our projects never appear publicly. NDAs available on request.
