Discretion is part of the work. Here is exactly how we treat what you share with us, in plain language.
Our Promise
Four things you can count on.
- 1. We never sell your information. Not to marketers, not to lead brokers, not to anyone. Ever.
- 2. Your project stays private by default. No addresses published, no client names in marketing, no site photos shared without your written consent.
- 3. NDAs are available before the first conversation. Mutual, no charge, signed on request.
- 4. You stay in control. You can review, correct, or remove your information any time, and withdraw photo or marketing consent at any point.
What we collect
Only what we need to talk with you and build for you. Nothing else.
- When you reach out: name, phone, email, ZIP, and a few details about your project.
- During design and construction: address, plans, allowance choices, invoices, contracts, progress photos.
- For payment: billing details, lender contacts, and lien releases.
- If you prefer anonymity: NDAs and trust or LLC documentation, so your name need not appear on title.
How we use it
To deliver your project. That is the entire list.
We share information with subcontractors, vendors, and design partners only when they need it to do their part, and only the minimum required. Everyone we work with is held to the same standard of discretion.
Photography
Construction photos are used internally to track progress. Finished photography never appears in our portfolio, on social media, or in any publication unless you give written consent first. If you change your mind later, we will remove the imagery from active marketing within 30 days of your request.
How we keep it safe
Project files live in access-controlled cloud storage. Financial records flow through bonded accounting workflows. Email and phone use standard transport encryption. No system is perfect, but client information is handled with the seriousness it deserves.
Your rights
At any time, you can ask us to:
- Show you what we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete your inquiry information (where the law and warranty obligations allow).
- Withdraw photo or marketing consent.

The fine print
- Who we are
- Kasteel Enterprises, Inc., a Georgia custom builder licensed in Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee. This policy applies to information shared through this website, email, phone, in person, or during the construction relationship.
- Website analytics
- We track only page views, country, and referring source so we can understand what is useful. No advertising trackers, no third-party pixels, no session-replay tools.
- How long we keep things
- Inquiry forms: 24 months. Project records (contracts, plans, financials, warranty documents): the life of the warranty plus seven years, in line with construction industry standards. You may request earlier deletion of inquiry information.
- Updates to this page
- If anything material changes, we update the date below and notify active clients directly.
