Our Process

How We Work

Each Kasteel project is supervised by a professional Superintendent who oversees all aspects of work, ensuring that the quality of craftsmanship and a safe working environment is maintained from start to finish.

Weekly client meetings at the jobsite keep the project on schedule, ensuring that any and all construction modifications are identified and addressed both timely and cost effectively.

Weekly meeting reports, including progress photos and construction updates, keep everyone current and fully informed.

Effective client/builder communication is critical to a successful project.

01

Listen first

Site, lifestyle, family, the way you want a Tuesday morning to feel. The build serves the life not the other way around.

02

Show our work

Itemized bids, weekly photo reports, real-time access to your superintendent. You'll never wonder what's happening on site.

03

Stay after handover

The relationship outlasts the build. Most clients come back for the next one a guest cottage, a lake place, a friend who saw the work.
